Test case: <defs> + <use> + aria-describedby

The <defs> element should not be exposed by the browser. The <use> element clones content defined within the <defs> element. The aria-labelledby attribute provides an accessible name for the element it is associated with, and the aria--describedby attribute provides an accessible description for the element it is associated with.

• The browser should expose "Rectangle" as the accessible name for the rectangle, and "A lilac rectangle" as the accessible description.
• The screen reader should announce "Rectangle" as the accessible name for the rectangle, and "A lilac coloured rectangle" as the accessible description.
