Test case: `<title>` + `aria-labelledby`

According to the SVG Accessibility API Mappings (AAM), the SVG <title> element should provide the accessible name for its parent element. This test case uses the aria-labelledby attribute to associate the <title> element with its parent.

Test example

The browser should use the <title> element as the accessible name for the <svg> element, based on the accessible name and description computation.
The screen reader should announce the content of the <title> element as the accessible name for the <svg> element.
